Well your insurance should be doing all the arguing for you, but I can say that is hard to do in itself. I had the same happen and couldn't get my insurance to even make a phone call. I guess mine was different since It wasn't totaled out. Your in a tough spot. Argue with Nationwide and they are only going to make it more difficult. Argue with your insurance and they aren't going to help you. Probably be easier to just sue the lady who hit you. You need to kick someones ass is all I have to say. Oh and I paid a little extra visit to the insurance adjusters office and made him explain to me why my car had been in the shop a week waiting on them to ok the extra work I told him would be needed. I don't think they get many people that come back personally, his eyes were pretty big. Skymama's #2 stalker -

Another question I had is what if the tree you treat bears fruit, like oranges, apples, or pears. Would the fruit then have a taste of alcohol in it? That cornell study said it didn't affect the flower, so one would think it wouldn't affect the fruit either. Fruit grows from the nutrients given to the tree though does it not? If I had a actual yard I would try this. My mom might get a little po'd if I experiment on her peach tree. Skymama's #2 stalker -

Trees do have some sort of internal system though. And that is what I wonder. If you could, how would you know? Maybe it would dehydrate the tree just like us and it would die. I'm not buying the it can't be absorbed part. Trees absorb larger minerals that alcohol. Skymama's #2 stalker -

I don't know why but the other day these thoughts popped into my head. What things can you get drunk, other than people. Of course your dog or cat, but what about say a tree. I'm dead serious. If you had a confined environment and gave the tree water but also watered it with alcohol what would happen. It is a living organism, would it get a buzz? My guess is it might die, but it might also just choose not to absorb the alcohol, thus my question. Is it possible? hmmmmm.... Skymama's #2 stalker -

I see, I actually do work and my avatar is slandered. WTF!!! I was actually going to change it last night, but now maybe I won't. Maybe I will torment you just for the fun of it. It's basically the law to card people now in GA since all the underage crackdowns. Taco mac will card you if you have gray hair and a cane. It's kind of funny, but then sometimes it's not. What is something you got suspended for in high school ?

Fighting I think I got detention for jumping out a window of a temporary trailor. I was suspended in 8th for shooting spit balls at girls that were shooting them at us. My dad laughed when he came to get me. He was like are the girls getting suspended? Principal said no. I think my dad gave him some words and we left. I was suspended a few times in junior high for fighting. I guess I wised up in highschool. Cept for that one fight my senior year. I was pretty much a good kid as far as most knew. You will dread when it snows here, even if there is talk of snow you will dread it. I actually love it because it's the only time I can drive around with not much traffic. Few years back I made my own lanes in 75 along with everyone else that was driving then. I think we are gonna get our snow this year, as long as it's on a weekend so I can go jump and see it from above I'll be happy. On topic though, that link is kinda cool.
