I know of one. I wouldn't agree that it is all that common. But it does happen. I am not aware of an incident that has held up in the courts. -

The bunkhouse is $8.00 per night and includes bedding. You just need to ask for it when you check in. It is 3 rooms with 10 bunks each. Each bunk has a curtain for privacy and a small light inside. The common room has a table, chairs, dry storage, cold storage,microwave, TV,VCR and DVD player. Each bunk has a corresponding locker for stowing gear. The bunkhouse is clean and has a housekeeper that checks the rooms daily. It is relatively quiet. It does not contain latrines or showers, but the shower house is directly across from the bunk house.
