I've noticed recently that just about every game thats coming out for ps3 + at least one other console...is getting its release dates pushed back months...meanwhile the xbox/wii counterparts are coming out as scheduled.. its quite apparent that devs dont even know how to program for this system yet... i would steer clear of the ps3 at all costs -------------------------------------------- www.facebook.com/agentlead

Love my 360, and I cannot wait for GH3 and Rockband....anyway, regarding the scratched discs, I've only ever had an issue when a friend tilted the console (while in use) which the manual explicitly warns against. Xbox Live is amazing, as already stated. I have zero regrets purchasing the Premium Xbox 360 (the core edition is bordering on useless IMO). not sure if thats gonna happen... they arent using "drives" in the touch...its all flash mem based...pretty expensive..and not that much capacity compared to harddrives...but it does make it VERY VERY thin. they are 8mm thick... -------------------------------------------- www.facebook.com/agentlead

also...xbox live is not 10 bucks a month...its $50 a year..its pretty much nessasary if you want to play online with your friends..and its 110% worth it..the system they have set up is so streamlined and flawless in my opinion...nothing has topped it or even come close to their online system... HDMI cables..not really nessasry..component cables work just fine...but..if your gonna go with the HDMI..you need to buy the elite 360 version..its black and it may be a few bucks more expensive im not sure.. im a gamer at heart..and the 360 is a gamers system..it just...works..flawlessly...for me at least.. of course there are some defective systems..but that happenes with every system...they had a problem at one point with discs getting scratched up..this really only happens if you set up the console vertically...keep it horazontal and it will never happen... if you have anyother questions about the 360...im the guy to ask.. -------------------------------------------- www.facebook.com/agentlead

I camped out on line overnight a tthe local bestbuy and got a 360 on launch day.. never had a problem with it...and i use it constantly... its actually prolly on right now... highly recommended over a ps3...i also have a wii...which pretty much just collects dust.. -------------------------------------------- www.facebook.com/agentlead

i agree...however ill prolly get one anyway... i figure i have about 25 gigs of music on my 30gig video ipod...about 3 gigs of pics... thats about 5000 songs...i listen to maybe 1500... so im sure i can slim down my music collection..but not my pics...i must have them all on the ipod.. well...im gonna get the 16gb touch...i must have it... -------------------------------------------- www.facebook.com/agentlead

i didnt read thru the whole thread...just the intial post(christ that was long enough for me!) just wanted to say that i also have a pit bull...ive had her since she was 3 months old..she is now 8... best...dogs...ever.. with the proper love and training..they are the best dogs.. insanly smart...gentle as a teddy bear.. ive never had an incident with her...and she has never been on a leash...she roams the unfenced front yard of my house..and will not step beyond our grass...even if theres a dog walking by..just so trained and friendly.. i hate the bad reps that pits get... -------------------------------------------- www.facebook.com/agentlead

it happens by clicking links like that... most of the time it will direct you to a page that looks just like the myspace log in page..when you log in..you are effectivlly sending whatever info you entered into the form to a third party who now has complete access to your account...that person then send s out messages to everyone on said persons friends list as they will trust it comng from a friend..and it goes on and on... just dont enter your password unless you click the home button on the top bar of myspace..and dont click strange links -------------------------------------------- www.facebook.com/agentlead

wow @ this thread...i remember reading the article in the staten island advance back in jan and wondering why i didnt know him..as there are only a small handfull of skydivers who live here..we should have met up at some point.. regardless of the fact that i never met him...i feel like i knew him for years after reading thru this entire thread... sounds like we lost one of the good ones...the really good ones... my condolences to all of his family and friends and anyone whos life he has touched in any way blue skies brother...blue skies.. -agent -------------------------------------------- www.facebook.com/agentlead
