There is no doubt that some of the scenes in the programme are for dramatic effect. but any man that has climbed Everest (and at such a young age) has to be extemely tough and motivated.. he also passed selction at an extremely young age. i hear in the last episode he eats a Delta guy!!!

a couple ov static lines wont do u any harm either before AFF....at least u will have an idea about flying a canopy then!! glad u enjoyed ur jump!!...i think theres two kinda people that do a jump...them who enjoy it as an experience...and then theres US!!! whos life will never be the same

a comman mistake (i was guilty)..bying loads ov gear cos ur excited and not having money left to jump theres plenty ov great second hand gear out there!..build it up slow,,start with the small stuff first.. just my 2c worth

You too with hook knife at the airport! It took me a month or so before I remembered to put mine back. Fortunately its absence did not initiate a malfunction in my case. dont you guys check that someone has a hook knive on a a gear check????......we arnt aloud on a plain without one!.....and im very happy thats the case

right on dude!!........! after my first static line i was high as a kite for days! drank 10 pints ov stella the same night and was still sober!..trying to convince anyone that would listen that id found the light!!!

id say you did a great job!...problems like these take a little bit more thinking about but are no less stressfull than a total... i had a break line knotted on the velcro tab!..i let go ov the knotted toggle,compensated on the other with my opposite hand and cut the tab off with my knife..pretty stressfull around a grand... glad ur ok !!

hahah...when i did level 1 aff my heart almost stoped when they opend the door!!! all that cold air and noise!!!....i wanted to curl up and be somewhere else!....i love exits now though ,,a chance to be creative and watch ur friends disapear!.....im sure it will come!! just gota give it a chance! blue skys beth
