So that explains it, Peter. That doesn't even BEGIN to. :) _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues."

That's how Sprint work builds you up - Do Sprint work and interval training - adapts your body to getting faster so you can run faster for longer periods of time. _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues."

I still say it all comes down to weight. Kelly weighs, what, 74 pounds? I don't know how much you weigh, but I'm currently at 201. I know when I get to 190, I'll be a buttload faster than 201. And 180, faster than 190. It's basic physics. Sadly, KNOWING it and actually DROPPING the weight are two different things. A woman I know who boxes at the same club I do has her fight weight at 106. I asked what she did to get there. She said this... When getting ready for a fight I'd more or less have egg whites, chicken breast, fresh tuna, fresh turkey, shrimp, tilapia ect... Realistically, it was mostly egg white & chicken. I'd eat it with fresh veggies I make at home. No butter. No salt. No dairy. Plain. In the am I'd have a serving of oatmeal but, no shitty carbs after that. I drink alot of herbal tea. Esp. Green tea in the am. Well, shit. If you and I did that, we'd drop weight like a mofo, too! But sadly, it just ain't that easy. It's doable, but it's a bitch and a half. Plus, she was training for five hous a day. I'm lucky if I can get in 90 minutes a day. Five hours? OK then. Argh. _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues."

My mom had to call the fire department when I managed to get my head stuck in the bars of the second floor gate at the local mall. 3 hours later, I was free. _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues."

Which is actually just another congratulations thread for Kelly. Very psyched for her. Good job! I[ll put money on her to win 1st next time. I actually did run a four mile race today. I came in something like 750th out of 3900 people. That's the one downside of running in NYC - My "local running club" is 60,000 people, Anyhow - Go Kelly! _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" No. She wasn't a relationship. dude - You were in town three months ago. If she was, and we'd since broken up and she'd met someone and gotten engaged, I'd probably be thanking my lucky stars I got out of the way of THAT train wreck. :) Just ran 5 miles. That helped. A lot. Thanks to everyone for the comments. They mean a lot. _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues."

I think the worst part of all of this is that I came home to not ONE PM. Yup. Way to all showme the love... Sniffle. It's ok... I'll just sit here... In the corner... And eat worms... Alone... In the dark... Sniff. _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues." -

If it costs you anything at all, it'll cost you $50 maximum on your credit cards. The hassle from having to do everything is more annoying, though. Sorry for that. Call the three credit bureaus and request FRAUD ALERTS be placed on your account, preventing anyone from opening up new credit cards in your name. It's free and worth it. _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues."

With photos. http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/story_pages/showbiz/showbiz1.shtml Shocking. Oh, wait. No it isn't. BUT: I don't think this will be as cool as Kate. This might come back to bite her. We'll see... Although... I'd still hit it. _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues."

Oh, yeah. She's busted. 45 days in jail, no alternative sentencing, no ankle monitoring instead, nothing. JAIL. I love it. http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D8OTS26G3&show_article=1 Of course, much like Lizzie, this will only increase her popularity. But still! Jail! COLD BATH. It might be too late now, but go sit in a cold (ice if you can handle it) bath for 30 minutes. You'll hate it, but have absolutely no leg pain tomorrow. Trust me. _______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues."
