i'm not a smoker but i heard from a former one that when he tried to quit he kept a jar that after smoking his cigarettes he put them in the jar and closed it - every time he craved the cigarette he opened the jar and took a wiff and gagged because it smelled so gross and turned him off - that helped him - don't know what will or won't work but i figured it's worth sharing if it may lead to helping anyone trying to quit "life does throw curveballs sometimes but it doesn't mean we shouldn't still swing for the homerun" ~ me
