Boogies are tons of fun for most jumpers, and can be pretty boring for unlicensed ones (atleast as far as skydiving goes) If you're going, go for the after hours parties and random fun, if you get some jumps in, great, but don't count on it. There are even boogies that they don't want students jumping at, there's alot of air traffic to contend with and they don't want students in the air at that time. Don't take this the wrong way, but... I did my first jump course & level one AFF jump at one of the biggest of Spences boogies. You might want to let HIM field these types of questions.
