No this is just another video that will have to be put to the test against others. They say this was taken moments after, but you see an officer putting up crime tape. From this video clip we see a guy saying he was facing him with hands up, the other girl said he was walking away and was shot in the back, and the final guy with cooper said he was facing the cop, balled up, and then was shot.
