  1. I have not been defencing anything. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  2. I did it was four FELONIES. Not four open containers, speeding, or jaywalking convictions. FELONIES Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  3. The dude had 4 felony convictions, at what point is enough enough? I am not arguing life sentence for it, but a 3-4 strike is a good idea. After that many FELONIES, you have demonstrated that you cannot control yourself and your actions. People are ok with mandatory license revocations and penalties for DUI. When they read in the paper that XYZ was just arrested on their 4th DWI the first thing to come to mind is WHY is he still allowed to drive? At some point people demonstrate that they are NOT going to follow the law and need to face the harsh punishment. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. 4. If the FBI etc etc agree that as long as no children enter or remain in the home a structure secured in the way I described above is considered a secure gun storage environment would you and the others go along with that? Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  5. It was, which makes it a grossly unfair sentence for shoplifting. The court of appeals said so, and so did the LA supreme court. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  6. Two thefts, but what were the other two non violent crimes that make up the sentence for this FOUR strike law? He committed 4 FELONIES.... You throw out NON-VIOLENT like it is a victimless crime. You must be ok with. BURGLARY GRAND THEFT FORGERY/COUNTERFEITING WORTHLESS CHECKS FRAUDULENT PRACTICES OTHER THEFT/PROPERTY DAMAGE DRUGS, MANUFACTURE/SALE/PURCHASE DRUGS, TRAFFICKING DRUGS, POSSESSION/OTHER DUI, NO INJURY RACKETEERING Etc, Etc. 7. Ok it was your link so from this point until you provide further details that proves otherwise I am calling bullshit on your argument it was an unfair sentence for shoplifting. It's is more likely he was a previous offender and this sentencing was due to the habitual offender law. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  8. So you ignore the possibility that he got that harsh sentence because of something like the habitual offender law? Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  9. Show me the rest of his criminal history. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  10. I do it's cheap and easy to do. Change out deadbolt, 18 screws for the hinge, size up door, done. You would need bigger tools to break down my door than it would take to open a gun lock box. By then the alarm is going off and whole time you were being recorded. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  11. I'm not in favor of them being charged as an accessory to a crime they didn't commit and had no participation of. I would be in favor of them being charged with breaking a law that required guns to securely stored. The penalties for those should be extremely different. In my world, lets take a hypothetical: A burgler breaks into your house and steals your gun and uses it to murder someone. They get caught and are charged with murder and are sent to a cell for the rest of their life. If they've broken into a secured gun safe to get the weapon then you're safe from prosecution. You've done everything you could reasonably be expected to do. If you've left it lying on your bedside table however, then you face some sort of charges for THAT - not for the murder, but for the lack of responsibility to allow someone who shouldn't get access to your firearm and you should have those privileges revoked. You've proven you can't be trusted with them. You have a locked house equiped with an alarm including glass break sensors, solid core wooden doors, extra long deadbolts, and anti kick hinges. How is that not securing a firearm? Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  12. None of those laws are to prevent access, theft, and use which leads to a homicide, and that is your arguement here is that someone will use it to kill someone. All those inspection sticker, blinker, horn, etc arguements are irrelevant. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,

  14. I agree if it was a new topic, fact or stat, but I was agreeing with what you said, it's like you are arguing your self as you diddnt even provide sources either.... Why....why? Lol we will find out eventually. Well maybe, and a news source will report it and we can worry about who reported it from the FBI then. At this point once again I agree with you lol who cares it's subjective and hearsay at this point.
  15. I'm not right wing but am labeled one this site. I have shown through the questionnaire that I agree with her on 73% of policies(remember that?). I still think she is deceitful and untrustworthy in areas mostly including this email issue. Edit it was 73% had to go back and look. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. 16. Well your ass said you have heard it both ways, so obviously I'm not making it up. The news, some news etc etc, your ass confirmed it too so why argue??? We will find out in the end, I'm not about to argue right now as none of us are conducting the investigation.
  17. How you gonna bring up a Jim crow law and use it in an argument about frivolous jaywalking tickets that apply to everyone lol Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  18. I totally agree with that but you miss the point. Don't bitch that you diddnt have any money to pay the fine when you knowingly jaywalked is what I am referring to bill. If you want to go to jail to make a point fine, but you know there is going to be a cost. Don't expect to be let off for free if there is a law on the book with a price to pay. If I don't have $250 to get out of a speeding ticket I am not going to speed. Especially in that town known for writing tickets for 3mph over which is the equivalent of the frivolous jay walking tickets in furgeson. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. 20. Be prepared to pay the fine or do the time then. A little bit of responsibility goes a long ways, when you get popped breaking it you knew ahead of time what was going to happen keep your fucking mouth shut then. 21. Yeah, that's the spirit. Don't give a second thought to whether a law is justified or a sentence appropriate - just support the law because it's the law. You guys just looove being the land of the free, hey? Don't hate the player hate the game. I don't like lots of piss ant laws. I follow them anyways, or go and pay the fine. And if there is any that is open to be changed because it is useless like weed I will then voice my support. I did not write the unfair laws or the sentences or purposly elect people to do so for me so what the fuck is bitching about it here with someone like you going to do about it? 22. Well the news said top secret, guess we will have to wait on those determinations. But remember General Petraeus got 2 years probation and $100k fine for having classified the lowest level of secret information. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. 23. Lol yea we have a lot of drugs here, and the I-10 right through the city a major artery for illegal drug trafficking. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
  24. Had to look up the new info. Looks like out of a sample of emails she gave them they found top secret data. It's now been all sent for actual forensic recovery based of of merit that actual crimes have been committed and possibly deleted for coverup. Interesting new evolution on this story. 25. Yea I am so sure they are sending those jaywalkers straight to long term lockup which are some of the private prisons. If you have to spend a short stint in jail you stay in the public police or parish jails. If your ass goes to Angola or a private prison you did something to deserve it, you diddnt just not pay $125 fine thank you. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone.
