A better question is did the cigarette smoke cause damage to the equipment. In my rope rescue classes it was a sin to smoke around any of the life bearing equipment (ropes and harnesses) due to embers melting things and the toxins in the smoke breaking down fibers over time. I know its a long shot but what if you know. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,

Yea thoes are all sketchy on ebay. The reason I wanted one I already had back was I knew the history up until the time I sold them, they had an aad, and was already converted from ripcord to boc. They were basically a non ff friendly sport rig ready to go. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along, -

I did not want to get a rig made for me yet. I dont plan on having to jump the rig for more than 3-4 months while I continue to work out 2 times a day and get back into jumping shape at which time I am going to get a Jav oddy made. The mc-4 is my cheap(er) fallback get fat ass back into the air motivation rig lol Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along, -

Yea I am currently talking to a great Dr. that does sports med for LSU(waiting to see what she says), but I know alot of people here are physically active, or had lots of running experience in the military, and might have had some info on this first hand. Yea I am a big guy, but I don't believe this type of a problem is directly related to size as it is more related to the physiology involved in fascia membranes not being able to stretch enough for increased blood flow. I get these pains way before I am even sweating or breathing hard. I have never had joint or bone pains while running either. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Yea I watched a you tube vid showing a guy using a foam roller and tennis ball to massage the area. That and using anti inflammatory or heat/ice is all I can think off for home remedies so far have not tried it yet tho. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Basically when I run the muscle in front of the tibia swells too much for the fascia that contains it. This causes poor circulation, EXTREME pain, pins and needles feeling in my feet, and eventually I start to drag my toes when I take strides. Once I stop running the pain goes away within minutes, but will resume if I start to run again. From reading on the internet it says that having a trainer target the facia with massage might stretch it to allow more muscle enlargement when exercising, but majority of people have to have surgery where they cut the fascia (Fasciotomy) permanently allowing the muscle to not be encased in anything and swell unimpeded. Any tips or help would be great! Also I have multiple high dollar shoes that were fitted for my feet, and it only occurs while running. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. That plan is from my nutritionist. I have lost 70 lbs doing this meal plan and exercising a few years back but gained most back after I stopped eating right. I know know the importance of making it a life long eating change not just a "diet" Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along, -

Strapless heart rate monitor suggestions needed
Anvilbrother replied to Anvilbrother's topic in The Bonfire
I have a 56 inch chest, and figured they did not come in such large of a size, so I was trying to avoid the strapless ones. The most important feature I wanted was continuous monitoring so it can track calorie loss and average rate. Polar seems like a good brand, and a few machines at the fire station have the polar wireless logo on them, so if I get the right model the elliptical and stationary bike will pick it up. I am getting my fat ass into shape, and want a cool gadget to put on my arm. You read it earlier, I want a strapless heart rate monitor. From what I read most of them are not continuous, requiring you to put your fingers on electrodes every time you want to see your pulse......dumb I can do that myself. So are there any wrist worn monitors that are continuous and do not require a chest strap? Thanks ooh and in the interest of it all if you know a good STRAP type monitor, go a head and let me know as a back up plan. WOOT! Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Nasa says photons are massless NASA But in finding that I did find a good answer to my question. Photons don't respond to the gravity we know they respond to the altering of time space fabric. (taken from nasa answer to question) General relativity explained, in a consistent way, how gravity affects light. We now knew that while photons have no mass, they do possess momentum. We also knew that photons are affected by gravitational fields not because photons have mass, but because gravitational fields (in particular, strong gravitational fields) change the shape of space-time. The photons are responding to the curvature in space-time, not directly to the gravitational field. Space-time is the four-dimensional "space" we live in -- there are 3 spatial dimensions (think of X,Y, and Z) and one time dimension. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. I consider myself to be someone who has a general grasp of what the cosmos is made up of but there are lots of topics that I am still not clear on. Here are a few If a photon is massless how can a box containing light weigh more than the same box empty. If mass and gravity are linked why can't the same photon not be able to escape the event horizon or the Schwarzschild radius? How is the hole attaining attraction or pull? Also how can a black hole "evaporate" by hawking radiation if nothing escapes them? It would seem that even the shedding off one part of a particle-antiparticle pair would add mass to the hole even though one escaped. Unless the fact that it has to be negatively charged due to preserving total energy is the key to the whole part im confused! Also I understand mass can create energy and energy can create mass, what kind of energy is theorized to have created gravity, electromagnetism, strong nuclear, and weak nuclear forces nanoseconds after the "big bang"? Something had to be there before right? Such as the mass from a super massive black hole that evaporated to the point it did not have enough gravity to contain the mass? One about stars is that usually when huge stars over 5 stellar masses dies it can go through gravitational collapse and turn into neutron star, or go supernova and can can possibly go black hole after. What factors decide which way it will go? Is it the amount of mass left over after expansion and contraction? Also what are your thoughts on the creation of MBH in the LH collider that is supposed to come on line this year? I have heard that there could be black holes created every second along with the possibility of strangelets!? /nerd //:) Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone.
