Dude...dude. Living out your dream is sweet and all, but you need money to travel around the world, buy overpriced choppers, fly, etc. Now I'm not saying he didn't earn his money because frankly I don't know. But if he didn't need the money and if he doesn't like being on the television ( hell no we won't go) WHY THEN does he make such programs? It's either for the attention or the moolah or both. Edited to add. By the way I don't care if he should do it for the fortune and glory. But you shouldn't turn him into a modern Robin Hood/Batman either.

Jesus christ everyone is always bitching about the press "The press the press...don't talk to them!!!" but the way you're all saying he "fought" the security agents makes you all sound like a 2$ gossip mag. He probably just tried to free himself by struggling a bit and some security chump fell on his ass. Now they are making it sound liked he popped the guy in the chin... If you weren't there, how do you know he did or did not fight the security agents?

So what you're saying is: he called the coppers so that after doing the jump he could say "look I even gave them the chance to get me"? Hmmmm...I dunno. The pleasure/risk ratio on that wouldn't be too good. Edit. Why don't we ask him? Any comments on your attempt to jump the Empire State Building Jeb? As a guy you have to groundcrew, buy beer, provide transportation, wait, video, buy some more beer, wait and maybe then after months of paying your dues your mentor might give a big sigh and take you on that 450 ft A. As a cute chick you just have to smile, maybe groundcrew once in preparation of a night out in town where you get paid drinks all night long. Every guy secretly wants to get in your pants (even if in the self-rightiousness of their own FOOLish heart don't plan on getting in your pants) and they all like you "because she is such a nice person". So instead of making you their slave they take you along because you're "fun to just be around". Am I right? Honestly...

It's a bit long. Otherwhise I'd give it a go. Basically the article says: - Jumpers regret the death of a fellow jumper but that's no reason not to keep jumping. Kicks, adrenaline, yackyackyack... - Locals realize that the jumpers aren't hurting anyone (except for themselves sometimes...but that's their responsibility) so they don't really mind.

Errr...that's a fussbal rule. Not a skydiver's rule. I don't know how the attitude was (arrogant, bullying) but if he quit because he had to run around the table with his pants down, he's kinda pathetic. I'd do it in a sec providing the athmosphere is right. Edited to add: I mean if the dropzone was full of dicks who were being arrogant assholes about it, he's did the right thing by chosing another DZ
