What? How can anything be wrong with that reply of mine? Anyway...I'l stop being the next leroydb
-
Hehe. Not really politics...just nationality. Anyway...I didn't bring it up so why don't we all leave it at that and get back on topic. Yes. We do.
-
I was just answering a question DexterBase Then I answered your question... I didn't even bring it up Tom...not just this topic obviously. And whenever someone says 9/10 thay just mean "often". Nevermind. I should have known someone was gonna get sensitive about it. I take back everything I said.
-
Dude...born in the usa.
-
Oh say can you see?
-
In all honesty? Because it is. 9 out of every 10 posts I can just smell the red, white and blue (and I aint talking about holland or france)
-
What would it cost though to rant a 300 ft crane?
-
Sure thing. Pull just a few seconds earlier than everybody else and you'll have more out of your ticket
-
I'm thinking of a movie where the main char is named leroy. Oh yeah...that's right. The last dragon. You NEED to see that one. Anyway...can you even do a McConkey off of this one?

Overrated: Party with friends. Underrated: Getting pissed by yourself.
-
You mean with a friend or a lover/gf?
-
Tinky Winky. You know that homo Teletubby? Needles to say she doesn't particularly like it.
-
Now that was crazy. (For those not knowing wtf http://www.basejumperguy.com/movies.html scroll down and click Koekelberg. Low rez but still worth it)

Hard in what way? Tough Difficult Unfortunate What?

No you don't get it. I meant that I could outswim her on the 50 m. dash. But because I was so drunk I ended up betting that I could join the training. And.. Ah nevermind. As with all drunk moments...you had to be there.
-
Oh I've had my share of dumbass moments. Making a bet with a swimmer (girl) that I could outswim her. I ended up having to join her training. After warm-up I was devastated and we still had an hour to go.

I'm in trouble

I've never jumped in my life and even I figured that one out (as did you blithedj before you take this personally ) Is this the kind of attitude I'm gonna encounter at the DZ next summer? Sounds like fun.

Sup. 1. Seems to me a LOT of Basejumpers are into it for the glory and the praise of others (well maybe that's not their primary objective as groundrush is kinda neat as well or so I've been told). I believe the words on pilotdave's website "if it's not on camera it didn't happen" are a telltale sign of what the current generation (I know I can't use that word-group as I'm not even part of that one but fuggit) get their kick out. 2. Fuck sake I have gremlin in my brain and forgot about my second point. Give me some time... Right... anyone ever think of just stepping up to the owner of a building, the chief construction worker and saying: "Sup. My name is John Doe. Pleasure to meet you. Say...I'm a basejumper and I do this and such. Would you mind if I jump off of that crane of yours." (it's more likely to work with people living in a building as construction workers can get fired and in your country sued) Or am I being very stupid and naive???

After this story I'm surprised you didn't go for the B&D Party

I'm pretty sure it's a reality (like you said) and that every athlete () should decide for himself whether or not the education is worth the price on a case to case basis. Let's leave it at that.
-
Sure thing. If you scroll up you can see I called the price reasonable.

It's not that money is a factor. It's really about some people always wanting to make a buck. I can't blame them because everyone likes to make money. Even more so by doing something you like. Still it is my opinion that some things in life should remain "free". It is my good right to steer away from the moneymakers if possible.
