I know the kebab guys in my town pretty well. When i was about 15 hanging around the street i would go in there and play cards in the backroom (not like pulp fiction) and drink absinthe with free kebab. One of the turks was called Dell Boy and was a proper londoner. He'd take the order sounding fine but always went all turkish when saying "chili sauce salad?"
