    Sorry if this seems off topic but maybe help other skydivers with ear pain. I perforated my ear drum in the past, was always getting ear infections and even going throug a tunnel on a train is a nightmare for my ears. I take a nasal decongestant and maybe this is just me but if i wake up and go straight into a freefly jump the increased speeds can really give me quite severe pain that lasts ages. I do a belly jump to prep my ears. Even better is a hop n pop. After one or two of those i seem to be fine. 1338 People aint made of nothin' but water and shit.     Me and a guy called John landed off and this truck came by asking if we were OK, it was just a typical family complete with mum, dad and a couple of kids. They offered us a ride back and as we climbed in the back the kids wanted to ask us questions and Johns canopy got complimented on "wow thats a pretty colour" which i thought was kinda funny as it was a little girl meaning John has a gay canopy. Thats not the cool part though, i thought nothing of it. Anyway before they even got driving the DZ bus showed up so we didnt have to trouble them. Nearly 3 months later Popsjumper introduces me to his newest student and the guy says he's met me. He was the one that piked us up. That was pretty cool in my opinion. Maybe seeing us land, pick us up and have a chat was the catalyst he needed to go do it himself

    So last night i do the classy thing and let my friends female friend buy me some drinks, long story short we end up pretty shit faced. I end up strolling home at god knows what time with a dog in tow who i'd managed to blag off some crack heads girlfriend. So now my deer old mother is pleased as punch at her new jack russel as ours died not so long ago. Little guy has taken nicely to home life without being left in a stinking bed sit for days on end with no company. 1338 People aint made of nothin' but water and shit.     I am back home in a town full of friends who just sit snorting ketamin all day then getting pissed up. The weather aint too bad i suppose right now. I dont want to get raped by BPA to jump (forgot price, its huge in comparison to others) and then pay $40 a jump.
