  1. You are right, Foley is obviously on the moral high gound here.... Coming from you, this is not a surprise....
  2. Since we are in the what if thread (contrary to whta some people seem to think): What if it started prior to the kid being 18?

    steak tartar

Its awesome, I love steak tartar. As a matter of fact, I think I am going to make some tonight....
  5. And pretty soon you will have a law that will make that all much easier. But, you are right, a gay congressman talking dirty to a page is much more important.
  6. First you say this: Then you say this: maybe you failed to notice that the actual topic of this thread is a "what if". Maybe you meant to reply to the original poster of this thread?
  7. What if it started prior to him turning 18 and continued on until after he was 18?
  8. If the quote below is true, then it is true that it continued until after his 18th birthday, which also means it started before his 18th.
  9. The bill hasn't been signed into law yet. Though Bush has indicated he will sign it. The bill has some pretty strong wording. Are you in agreement with it, or against it?
  10. I asked Freeflier this too, but never heard back from him: 1. What is the officially stated strategy for Iraq? Can you point me to where I could find it? 2. What is officially considered a victory in Iraq? I am sure the great minds in your government have formulated a strategy to rally behind?
  11. When your new bill becomes law. That judge can easily be deemed a terrorist supporter (cause he doesn't agree with Bush et al) and be taken into custody, indefinitely, without any review or access. He can simply disappear. The saying, Land of the Free, has never been more wrong.
  12. But at least they should be thankfull for their greatly improved living conditions and outlook on life.
  13. Number two. Don't think the Amish are big on gun ownership, specially not to kill other people. Self defence or not.
  14. Pretty sad that this issue gets much more attention than a bill that allows the government to suspend habeas corpus on everybody, including american citizens.
  15. You mean he was up front and frank(en) about his drug addiction? He has shown himself to be a liar and a hypocrite. It doesn't surprise me that many of his followers will end up supporting Foley.
  16. he is....why do you keep believing him?
  17. Stuff like this shows you rarely know what you are talking about, unless it is about technical issues directly related to the gun as a mechanism. Other than that, you may want to leave the thinking to other people.... I'll give you one chance to try and redeem yourself and show you have half a clue. Back up this statement by anything official from Canada: Do you know who is trying to scrap the program? Do you know who is feverishly fighting that? I won't hold my breath......
  18. That says more about all the people who actually believe what Limbaugh et al say than about Democrats......
  19. The interesting thing to me is this: While Americans are blindly signing their life away with the current administration in place, most of the arguing is about a guy who asked a teenager if he is horny. Yes that is despiccable, but in the grand scheme of things, this requires a lot more attention and discussion. Foley et al has multiple busy threads on this forum. This issue is barely being discussed. pretty sad state of affairs....
  20. In this case it was a one room Amish School. Gun free zone or not, I don't think there would have been too many guns in that place regardless.
  21. I wonder what the story is with the one SWAT officer who didn't fire.
  22. Point well made and I learn a new word. Thanks!!
