    That doesn't mean he was involved in criminal activity at that time. That means he was suspected of doing so. The judge and jury decide if he was actually involved in criminal activity. But, in this case that will never be established, since nobody cared enough about a human being to take some basic level of care. I know this might be hard to believe for you, but cops have been wrong before. Innocent until proven guilty I guess only applies to cops killing civilians. In your land of the free running constitutes a crime.

    Don't think any evidence was ever presented that he actually was selling "loosies" at the time. We simply don't know if he was engaging in criminal activity when he was approached.

    It was a CoC meeting. Supposed to be somewhat neutral ground and would have representatives from lots of MCs, some RCs and independants. Cops just ended up arresting everybody there, confiscating their bikes (how many of those will end up getting ridden by LEOs?) and tossing them in jail with high bail until they can figure it out. Also interesting is that none of the foficers who fired their weapons are on lease, which is common practice. Nor is the police department allowing outside investigation of the shooting. I have this feeling the majority of the dead bikers were shot by cops.

    They set insanely high bail for those arrested in Baltimore too. Funny how that didn't come up in any of the treads on that subject.

    To do what? The "filibuster" wasn't practical, simply symbolic. It never had a chance of actually stopping anything. Correct. It's from the Bernie Sanders school of political theater. Do a "filibuster" that isn't a filibuster. Make everyone go "Yeah yeah" as you fill it with populist sentiment. And cash in on the political capital. Time to end the dual track rules. Make a filibuster mean something and have a political risk. Note: I wholly support the e D of the Patriot Act. But I would prefer that it not just be a reason for political theater +1

    All I know is that in Californian, if you have a 3 piece cut, and you don't have the proper support, it can be trouble. There's lots of motorcycle groups here with Lots of different patches, once you get to a bottom and top rocker, it's a different game. In most of North America any patch with MC on it will get attention. Colours, name and top and bottom rocker could all add to type of attention it will garner.

    Quite frankly they are almost the worst as far as I am concerned. Biker culture and LEO culture are at opposing ends. LEO bikers want to play the part and then hide behind their badge when they step on their dicks. Absolutely no respect for LEO in an MC.

    Not really, those days are over. Their main business is conducted all over the place, petty stuff is kept to territory. Territory is much more about culture than "business". Not sure the meeting was specifically for that. Sounds more like it was a regional Defenders or CoC meeting. Don't think anybody would expect the bottom rocker issue to be resolved through non-violent methods lol

    Perhaps, because there is no need to address the racial issues (because they are not there) in order to to understand the rage of a bunch white dumbs peckerheads. They are criminals clear and simple so just WTF does race have to do with this? As has been pointed out, that is the point. Race does play a big role in MCs though. One of the reasons the Bandidos exist is because the Hells Angels don't vote in too many Mexicans, or black people etc. But, that all has nothing to do with the point I was making. This fight was over bottom rocker. Cossacks recently added the Texas rocker. It was a fight over symbolic territory. Stupid thing to die for really.
