lol....900 dead people 156 years? hmm,...how many BASE jumpers....? i think the park rangers should consider to read this book to realize that BASE jumping is not a real problem in yosimite... they should start hunting the hikers, climbers and stuff....

in germany we use flex pins on tandem rigs... but you have to put 2 cables throu the loop.. it works very safe, you can to a pincheck easyly on you own, as a tandempilot... but its important to use 2 cabels to reduce the tension...one is to weak to take the pressure of the loop.... on tandems it make sense...on sport rigs you should use the right loop... -

i did it several years ago with almost the same "system".... the cutaway was on the highest point of climb with a round canopie,...towed behind a van... the only reason why i still have teeth in my mouth is the fact that i was wearing a fullface helmet maybe a factor was bad timing during the cutaway... whatever... be carefull out there

thats the point,...this canopies are for one purpose... bigwall jumping in an alpine enviorment or wingsiutpilot and trackers who try to max their performence....thats all spectra and lightweight fabric are surely not suitable for B,A, and S...these jumps are not the goal of the manufactor... i talked to stane when i saw the canopies and the rig the first time....the weight and the packvolume are insane low "Pimp my flight"
