    Cruiser goggle caused me to lose a contact on 2 separate occasions, not fun! Those Flex Z goggles or Sorz / Birdz work the best for me! What do you do when someone throws a big planet at you? Throw your pilot chute in defense!

    This is a technique I use often to teach people what kind of pressure they should expect to feel on their legs and feet.     Hello, I did some searching but couldnt really find anything related to this specific question. Basically, i was fortunate enough to have some great instruction and that has inspired me to one day be able to teach new jumpers. I would just like to know what skills I should be working on in order to prepare myself for the coach course, and then later on the aff course. Mainly for now the coach course since that will happen alot sooner, and i am aiming to have it done by March 2007. I could not really find a breakdown of what exactly the in air evaluation jumps consist of and what one should be working on to get up to those standards. I would assume things like fall rate, tracking, docking but what do i know? Any and all help is appreciated and keep instructing! Im sure there are people out there you have touched, like myself

    So im still not really getting these... Everyone says drop a knee and an elbow. Would this be like the equivilant of trying to touch your elbow to your knee on the same side? When learning flat turns in mantis position i was told to pivot at the waist as if you were trying to touch your elbow to your opposite knee and that helped. I would search if it was broken so sorry if this was discussed before! What do you do when someone throws a big planet at you? Throw your pilot chute in defense!
