All right. I’m wasted. I’ll admit it. But it brings up a point. Alcohol seems to be a popular topic, so just out of drunken curiosity, what’s the dumbest thing you’ve done because of being totally shit-wasted? I personally don’t have too many interesting stories to tell (there was the Wal-Mart bag incident, but I know somebody has to have something better than that!) So come on, humor my drunk ass! Dude, one time I sneezed & launched the biggest loogy you've ever seen all over a wall like 10 feet away. Left kind of a splattered green mess. One of my friends was there said it was the most disgusting thing he'd ever seen, but I just fell on the floor laughing my ass of forever. I actually left it there for a few days, I was so proud of it! That was so cool! Guess you had to be there. BTW, sorry Max about the change of subject, but hey, I’m a sick bastard, I have a right to be so (It’s in the Constitution or something)! josh

Well, I know I won’t be going, no chance in hell of getting a B license by then. Ever since I got “The Movie” (98 Quincy video), I’ve wanted to go SOOO bad!! It looks totally awesome! We had the parachute in school too! It was my favorite! Kind of weird now that I think back on it, I really got excited when I found I they were bringing it out, and now all I want to do is skydive. Who knew?! I had forgetten about it till now. Josh

Yeah, I'm going to try and come out as soon as I can at least to do a tandem. Gotta wait awhile for AFF, though, till I get the dough.

Kerb – can’t give you any advice, since I’m there too. Actually, I was there two years ago. Did level 4 three times and failed miserable every time. Quit jumping because of it (only temporarily though, I’m starting AFF again as soon as I’ve got money). I spun too, even the two different JM’s I had couldn’t quit pinpoint why. Sick of the word “relax” yet? Don’t be. I’m convinced that it’s the key to doing it right. I know that was my problem. Let me know how you do, and tell me how you did it! josh

On my third AFF jump I pulled just before going into a cloud. Kind of half deployed inside of it. having only two jumps since, I could’t really tell if anything was different, and besides, I was too busy taking in how AWESOME it was hanging there inside of a cloud! Are their any legalities concerning skydiving in clouds? Once I’m licensed I’d love to do it again! josh

Right across from the DZ I did my AFF at there was sewage treatment plant or something like that. There was a couple of huge vats of, I assume, shit. I paid very close attention when my JM was explaining the landing approach :) And on my 6th jump I landed about a mile out on the edge of a cornfield (I learned the same lesson Tee did). After getting up and looking around I noticed that I landed right between two metal fence posts about 4 feet apart. If I had been a little off either way, well, it would have really sucked. josh

Fine, I’m the only person left who still likes def leppard, but did you know that Joe Elliot (DL’s lead singer) is currently voted the number 1 best legs on VH1’s poll? Why should you care? I don’t know. I’m just really bored and feel I just had to defend them somehow. Askmen.com also voted their Hysteria album the number one rock album of all time. Holy crap, I’m getting serious hairspray flashbacks now. I better put in some radiohead or something. Josh – living in the 80’s (but taking pills for it)

Don’t you need to be a rigger or something to pack somebody else’s chute? I don’t know how it works, but if I had the experience necessary to pack canopies, then I just might give it a shot. Problem is, how does one get that experience? And BTW, thanks to everybody who responded to my post. I’ve gotten so sick of people who I thought were friends telling my how crazy I was for wanting to jump out of airplanes and listening to the boring opinions of other ways I should “waste” my money. Just yesterday one of my best friends suggested I should buy a “real” car so I could get chicks and then he could tag along and hopefully get chicks. I’m just going to shut up now or else risk making the longest post in the history of human civilization. Whuffos just don’t get it! -Josh

I started programing Basic on my old apple IIE when I was ten years old. Did some prety cool stuff, considering what was possible at that time anyway, especially for a ten year old. The most amazing thing is I never got beat up in school. But now i sometimes even forget how to shut down my PC (why does it keep restarting?) I guess I went into some kind of geek denial, but nowadays... umm, what was my point?
