Billy, Hey brother do we have the same boss? LOL I just crossed over my one year mark and was waiting for my review with a similar Boss. Very condesending, rude, and impersonal. This guy whose office is 15 feet from mine would send me task by email instead of speaking to me. Appearantly I had a communication problem. Too Funny. Every other job I have ever had I had been promoted or reconzied in some form with in 6 months. I had the same speech. Except in his words it was like "This is how it is if you don't like it leave." To which I told him ok here is my notice. Thanks and ba bye now! I am now free to persue a long time dream of learning to fly although I am highly nervous and scared as I am one who likes a certain feeling of security. Oh well sometimes in life you just have to take that leap of faith to achive something great. Heidi, I am doing almost the same thing. I am buying a new Wings the second week of August. While I am anxiously waiting the 10 weeks I will be saving money to find the rest. I will be buying a new Pilot 168 main and Smart Reserve. I plan on getting a used Cypress with about 4 yrs on it as well. So that's my master plan. Until is all comes true I have to keep jumping poorly sized rental gear. No worries as long as I get in the air and back down safely. HackB A.K.A. "Puppy"

I second that Wendy. I don't want to speak out of place but after reading a few of your posts Walt it seems like you have some pent up rage. I am just curious where it comes from. Without sounding like a complete buttmonkey myself after two tours overseas I know where my prejudice comes from. But I am activley trying to get over it since I have been back.
