    Sorry, Bolas, but his birthday is actually TODAY!! IF you can read, check his "You Only Turn 40 Once Boogie" thread. He clearly states that his birthday is Feb. 10, the same date as it has been for 40 years. DUH!!!! See you at his party, which is NEXT week, btw.

    Bill was probably still walking in from the landing area when an announcement was made by the pilot when he got back into the hangar. He said "winds are steady at 11, gusting to 18, use your own judgement whether you think you should be jumping or not". They did ground AFF for a few loads after this load landed, then resumed when the winds were considered acceptable. The numbers on the board are the same as those on skydivingweather.com and usairnet.com, both of which use MPH, not KPH. I've checked those sites at home and checked the board when we arrived at the dz. and the numbers have been the same, so far.

    LOL!! It wouldn't be the first time he was shhhhhhhhh'd at Buffalo's, but we'll be sitting outside, just to be safe! I've gotten pretty good at tuning out that freqency, anyway!
