  1. I would but you determined I was a dangerous psychopath.
  2. Good to see your boobies did not fall off. Those suckers are very warm and can stop someone from losing their hands.... I'm just sayin'
  3. I have only been as cold as -82F it was not fun at all. I also worked a 12 hour day outside in -28F and wind chills of -84F. That sucked and by fingers froze to the inside of my gloves where the tips had split and bled.
  4. As you know I love animals more than people, I really am sorry for your loss. There are very few people I care for almost as much or equal to animals, they know who they are and that they have a special pace in my heart. Yes, I actually do have a hemoglobin pump unit...
  5. Hey you forgot Oatmeal eating! You old fart you.... Don't get pissed, someday if I am lucky my age will catch up to yours. Heck If I ever make it to my 60's I will be thrilled. Geez that is only 11 years from now.
  6. I had a few, I threw them all away after they lost their meaning to me. That almost seems like another life ago.
  7. Is she Nick DG's ride ? That was not very nice frenchy!
  8. If you are going to get an OU, check out some vintage 1960's Beretta's Also consider a Stoeger, a 16 gauge would be a nice chambering and is highly overlooked. My Nono had a 1960's Beretta that was not for export outside of Italy, they let him bring it back here anyways. That was the best OU I ever shot, it was deadly accurate, 16gauge and had the most beautiful wood and engraving I have ever seen on a shotgun. It was not that gaudy kind of stuff you see on many shotguns, it took the guy who did it almost a year and a half to complete. I think my uncle got it and then sold it after my Nono died. That thing was priceless. You can however find one that was for export in that range if you look through the auctions and small shops.
  9. I ate a vegan once, she was very tasty! But I did not notice she was any better because of the veganism...
  10. Measured with a Micrometer, Marked in Chalk, Cut with an Axe...
  11. Good luck, stick to it and you will eventually get an opportunity. This was the first deer I ever took on that property. That is after six years hunting it. All the others I took in WI were in the area but not that farm. I even got five opening morning last time I was there. That included an assist as I and another guy both shot within milliseconds on a TOT shot, that was a 10 point buck but I think he was on the trigger just ahead of me. I decided to concede he shot first, our bullets were 1" apart and in the heart.
  12. Thank you! I might be getting old, I still have some skills though
  13. I shot this almost two minutes after walking out the door of the house to the Silo, to see the deer my friend Steve was pointing out. So I dropped into the prone position with the rifle rested on a timber. I held over 18" it's back and sent it. Hit it right in the heart 4" from the bottom of the chest. Postmortem showed a 1" hole at the exit wound, bone fragments and gelatinous lungs, hole in lower heart. The shot was approximated by me, at well over 400yards. More pics to follow and points after measuring. He had a rack that was 22" inside to inside. The actual distance was 465yds. Without the broken G1 it would have been 167 5/8 points http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o42/warped60120/8Point11-10-2010.jpg
  14. "be hittin' the walls and workin' the ceiling." Now those are some good tips right there. At least she did not start talking about hittin her back 40!
  15. Just remember, Billy reads lips...
  16. Yep, I just got some pictures of my dad during the war. The guy that sent them to me found me through the Korean War Project. Jesse Gonzalez said he arrived on Nov 1st, he noticed almost every man was a replacement. My dad was still wearing a summer uniform, he had already been there for eight months and was older than the CO. Jesse said he and the others were happy that they had survived the ambush that night. My dad was not so happy, he told them "Don't worry it will be dark again tonight and now they know where we are." 5 Divisions of Chinese regulars had them surrounded. The next three days nearly every man in the Regiment was killed. 8th Cav Regiment, Unson. They were involved with Old Baldy, the Bowling Alley, Pork Chop Hill, and finally Unson The Regiment was retired for good. 4000 men were in that Regiment, only a handful survived.
  17. So what do the Non Anglos in the USA and Canada call it then? [eye roll] Scott, you crack me up. Rep from 'da hood, of course! Word yo! Geez, us knuckle draggers! Tell everyone happy Veterans day from me, that goes for Nataly as well.
  18. Home depot always provides 10% off to veterans, you just need to show ID. Lowes does the same but only on higher priced items like appliances.
  19. Unfortunately, people in that part of the world act as irresponsibly and cruel towards animals as the worst offenders in this country do. Look up bear baiting, there are other inhumane things done to dogs as well as other animals. Ah, the superiority of people I like animals far better.
  20. Does carving with a select fire Beowulf count? If so my friend created carnage beyond belief. The insides flew 15yds in a spray pattern. OK enough posting for this year unless I really want to know something... Bye
  21. Finally tracked down the correct vista driver, geez there were quite a few variations on the sound card, that led to quite a few drivers. It worked but needed to be edited as well.
  22. This should really[clash:rock the casbah] "rock the cat box" [/clash:rock the casbah]
  23. Around here I try and help my neighbors, for instance if my crappy neighbor (the only one) wanted to kill himself, I would lend him the rope. On the other hand try helping him by getting him to yank the engine and trans, sell them and junk the rest. It would help him financially and maybe help him save his home, a foreclosure does not help you sell yours. Encouragement goes a long way, simply ratting him out drives a wedge. My neighbor was like that, he called on me for things like not mowing my lawn once a week, only I was unable to walk due to injuries and he knew it. He also threw crap into my yard and broke my fencing, then called to complain about it.
  24. Have any of you ever created a Hackintosh? I have a friends HP Pavillion DV8000 and upgraded it to Win7, the problem is that no working driver exists for audio. I was thinking about turning it Mac, have you used this method or any particular distro? I have original Mac OS X dvd's as well. Your advice would be appreciated, especially if you know what you are doing. I could figure it out given time... but I have no time. Thanks in advance
