i'm not nearly experienced enough to comment on the deployment thing, other than to observe - from what i recall he was twisting a bit? - so heaven only knows where the canopy might have actually ended up opening - may have wrapped around the plane somewhere and while the jumper may have got free there could have been consequences for the plane? we are also latin sorry, i was mainly in the german-speaking areas so it didn't register as "latin" ...again, (being really nice to piisfish for when i get my act together to go jumping in CH..) If you're interested in the countries I've been to (spain in addition to trhe ones listed above), post here or PM me... imo just about every country has something really worth seeing, but it also depends what kind of travelling you do and what kind of sights you like to see... If you only have a few weeks I would recommend concentrating on one, max 2 countries, as it doesn't sound like you're the been-there-done-that-got-the-postcard type. i'm a big fan of rail travel in europe. if you're travelling with someone pensiones/b&bs are nice cos you get to meet the locals, or youth hostels are good to hook up with people if you're travelling alone (even if you're not all that youthful - i have no idea how old you are) Skydiving: wasting fossil fuels just for fun.

No surprise. Have you read that 2-out report? I've read it long ago, I think it was leave breaks set and steer canopeis with rear. The report actually says: conclusion: If a side-by-side is present and the jumper has directional control, fly the side-by-side using smooth, gentle toggle input of the larger/dominant canopy. I don't know what the 'etiquette' is. At our house - if the wine the guest has brought is around the same quality as what is already there/open, it may or may not be opened depending on how fast we go through the other bottles But if it is better quality or an unusual wine, it will be opened. I would consider it an insult to say to a guest "we're saving this for a special occasion", implying that having the guest there isn't special Anyway, for really special occasions we will have champagne (usually Veuve), not wine!
