    I enjoy running outside. The problem I have out here is I live near the base of a mountain.... it's either downhill or uphill. And I swear my sea-level lungs have yet to adapt to this altitude. Great going! ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    I feel your pain. Boss promised he'd have a meeting abou a "problem". Instead he had the "problem" have the meeting. How can the "problem" facilitate a meeting when they are unaware there IS a "problem" and THEY ARE the "problem" *sigh* ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    OMG! I ran with someone tonight, and so I pushed myself pretty hard. HOLY COW!!!! I can't do that pace forever cause I would burn out, but it was great! The last 2 intervals were hard cause they started out with uphills (oval track around a school) so the last one I ALMOST stopped. CRIPES! I'd best take advil for my poor knees! This puts me done for the week but I think I will go again Friday with a break tomorrow. Anyone else go tonight? ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    Ok I watched the press conference. If he really did try to commit suicide he'd look a lot worse than he did. I think it was blown out of proportion. People having thein stomach pumped from an OD are not on tv looking perfecly normal 13 hours later. Someone asked the publicist why she said he was depressed. She said she nor TO ever said that. She said, and I quote: "Terrell has 25 million reasons to live" NICE! I'd fire her butt after a statement like that. ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    Ok I did mine. I don't know that comparing distance will work here. We are all at different levels and have different obstacles to overcome. I did my jogging at between 4.5 and 4.7 mph, which is good for me. I am short and have both knee and foot issues. So this was good for me. I feel good! Yay us! ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    Very! Last time we used them and had to take the vehicle back, the manager told us "they don't call it adventures in moving for nothing"... that was the last time we used uhaul. ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?
