Too high,too low...need help with flaring

I like Derek's Idea really well. It will sound wierd, but feel the canopy on the flare. If you see that you are to high adjust but not giving any input if you are to low give more input. and with practice you will be more accurate. Chivito, I had about 100 and something in the high end. then I bought mine when i had 230 all side mount and on 490 I went top mount with a still camera and I love it. since I bought the camera all my jumps are video jumps. Personal experience. Leaning forward on the harness happens at the moment you come out of the corner and you start aplying the breaks or risers to level your flight. at this moment the body will carry more momentum than the parachute and your body will swing forward. I do not understand the term arching forward in the harness, but for sure I've notice pro swoopers to become as small as possible. bringing their feet in front and leaning in the cheststrap. I hope this helps. I don't know a lot but this is just something that I've picked up.
