Thanks for that post Clay! I think that there really is going to be a time limit that I will stay at this job. I figured give it another year...if things haven't changed or there is no progress in getting the company sold, then I will move on. I enjoy learning things, and when I get to a point in a job where I am not learning and instead doing the same thing everyday, I get bored and want to move on. Good luck reaching your goals!

32 is my favorite number .....I have always thought I would retire from either becoming really rich, or because I would be starting my family. Maybe both! I don't think that I would ever be able to NOT work....I would go stir crazy. My 'retire' at 32 is more of a not having to rely on my career to keep my head above water. Does that make sense?? Basically I want what everyone else wants....do what ever I want, within reason , and not have to worry about money. *** F LORIDA!

Thanks for that post. The 'making something of myself' that I am talking about relates to the success of the company. I have a very good chance of meeting my life goal of retiring at the age of 32. BUT, that entails staying where I am, and bustin my ass in this next year or so. I have put a lot into this company, and it would take a lot for them to let me go.....but I am the kinda person that needs/craves change. I have been in my field for over five years now, so finding something that is equal to the pay would be no problem....but, I would have to walk away from a potential huge investment. I do have a review due from December, so maybe I can use that opportunity to find something that will increase my motivation to stay. Thanks for the input!

Although the cessna can be fun to play around on, I still think that I would wanna jump a CASA full time. Can't ride a bike off a cessna. -
3 month leave would do me good...but then again, this next 6 months to a year is going to be one of the most important and hectic times for this company. So, that may not be an option...but I guess I could always ask da boss. *** F LORIDA!

The traveling/vacation thing is a great idea. I try to do it as often as I can. I went to the keys for a week in Jan, but all that made me do is want to quit my job and move down there! The thing is, if I didn't have such an opportunity to make something of myself here, than I would have moved on a long time ago. If I try to move on now, than the four years will just have been a waste of my time....Just feeling kinda stuck with this job.... *** F LORIDA!
