    I have cleaned the eye with the cd type cleaner and I have opened it and blown/cleaned all the dust out and cleaned the eye with a cleaning kit made for cd lasers. Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes clean to the bone! I like to start my day off with a little Ray of Soulshine™!!

    BUMP come on anyone got any ideas? I searched the web and will reclean the lens and lube the moving parts and see what happens but has anyone had this problem and did something specific to fix it? Ive had 2 stereos do this and my friends did it too so I know it must be a common problem!! Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes clean to the bone!     Confused is my natural state of mind but with all these polls latlel I have come to realize steak fingers are 0-4 inches and tube steaks are larger so Im definately not a steak finger!!!!     What make a CD player after 3-5yrs start to not play cds the cds spin and try to play but it just makes spinning noise and then after 10-20 seconds it stops trying? This is the 2nd one Could it be fixed? bad belt? bad motor? I have cleaned the eye doesnt seem to help. Any help would be great !!
