If you look on page 23 of Sept. Skydiving, you'll see a picture of a competator swooping in front of some wind blades that look like an american flag. Someone who was at the New York swooping nationals thought it would be fun to take a couple of these matched set of wind blades, I guess as a souviner but they were on loan and if they have to be replaced it will cost hundreds of dollars to replace. If you know of anyone who might be able to help in the return of them it would be greatly appreciated. The 2 that were taken had the stars and stripes on them and should really STAND OUT if used anywhere else. Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to give. I agree with the fact that the date has nothing to do with what their next plot will be. some folks have the opinion that our tax dollars would be better used somewhewre else. I personally think the Knights are also there to recruit for the Army. Why shouldn't they get to compete with us?

While reading the "tid-bit" portion of the nationals, there seems to be quite a discussion about the GK's and if they should be allowed to compete with civilians and other issues. Now you're talkin. I have been making them for years now and I can safely say they can last more than a week but they tend to get even more solid than when fresh. If you make 200 a day and keep cold, no worries, they'll keep for at least a week and your friends will love them.
