Ahhh.I'll pass on the cream of wheat....Got ant oatmeal or just some eggs.Sunny side up with four pieces of toast heavily buttered and some COFFEE on the side to wash it down with. Both healed rather well.I've had an occasional ache now and then. Saturday I went and hit the whitewater in my kayak.Got flipped and was unable to roll back up.I had to bail in the middle of some rapids.when I caught up with the boat and was getting it to shore I caught my ankle in between some rocks and put a GOOD twist on my knee. Christine made me go to the ER,where I found out I tore a ligament. Crutches,immobilizer the whole bit.I was hoping it would just get better.But it's just as bad if not worse Bry -------------------------------------------------- Growing old is mandatory.Growing up is optional!! Ya,I've had my left scoped 3 times in the past and my right was scoped once then they did open knee with a tibia elevation and internal fixation after a car accident in '89 Thanks for the good luck
