    I could be wrong, but I don't think you're able to do anything more than a Tandem from over 15k without your A-License... Can an AFFI confirm that? . I did two of my AFF jumps from 18K. There are no restrictions that I know of. On the lower level jumps, the dive flow is so simple, the extra altitude isn't of much benefit. The later jumps, that altitude does help.     I have both. At this point, I'd say go Mindwarp then Mamba. The MW is cheaper so you can get other gear as well. Even though the Mamba has a good field of view, it is not as good as the MW. Get some more jumps so in case you have a cutaway, you can easily see your handles. Once their position become second nature, going to the Mamba will be fine. 50 donations so far. Give it a try.
