    Because Apple offer few computers in the sub-$1000 market. Entry level machines are not a market in which they choose to compete, despite the popularity of inexpensive machines. Last I heard, Apple have about 90% market share in the >$1000 computer market. They have plenty of competition in that market, yet they have been dominating it. Math tutoring available.     That was not my experience as a (male) server or bartender. On average, I found blacks to tip as well as other races/ethnic groups/age groups (better than some), although I suspect their variance to be higher than most groups (i.e., I typically received a very large or a very small tip from blacks), judging only from my own experience in the service industry.     I don't, nor did I ever imply that I think my understanding has more weight than the SCOTUS. How you came to that conclusion is beyond me. I never said or implied that it did. I merely pointed out that simply because a right is not enumerated within the Constitution does not imply that it is not Constitutionally protected (a concept that has been upheld by the SCOTUS).     There is definitely a lot of Mac software available these days, and I like the Unix based OS X much more than the older versions of the Mac operating system. In other words, not being explicitly mentioned as a right in the Constitution does not imply something is not a Constitutionally protected right.     I'm not sure what I find more disconcerting, that so many illogical arguments are being made to rationalize withholding marriage rights based on gender preference or that so many people don't recognize the arguments as illogical.     After listening to all four parts of the sales pitch, I didn't notice that he said anything that was egregiously wrong. Are you referring to the sound byte in which Mao was quoted? Considering the quote was remarkably similar to Washington's "Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force.", I hardly see what the big deal is. People need to get over the idea that just because someone (e.g. Mao) is a Communist, they cannot offer any constructive insights. I think most of the children who were left behind would be surprised that a whole lot of our military has read things written by Mao, Engels, Marx et. al. That whole Sun Tzu thing comes to mind. Reading about != agreeing with or admiring Agreeing with one short quote != agreeing with the philosophy of the person being quoted. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour!     Yes. And they've signed the additional protocol. It is my understanding that Iran has not yet ratified the additional protocol. I don't know enough about the details of Iran's government structure to know if they consider it to be legally binding without ratification. Since a treaty would require approval of two-thirds of the Senate in the US before it was binding, regardless of whether or not it was signed, I think the same respect should be shown to other signatories and their national laws.     I don't remember who was criticizing Bush for playing golf, but I remember the reason. Bush had publicly stated that he had given up playing golf while the troops were deployed in Iraq and/or Afghanistan (don't remember which) in support of the troops, but was found to have played after he made that statement.
