just did giving them a time frame in which to resolve the matter or i pass it to the local government consumer department. It just does my head in that these people are trying to screw me. thing about it is it seems to be happening here in the Uk with more companies trying to con people out of their money by putting obstacles in their wayhoping they will get fed up and just give up. I hate big companies trying to screw you over like right know i have been waiting for a cheque from a well know Uk electrical chain. Well they issued the cheque to the wrong address back in october. Phoned them "o we will contact the relevant dept and get it re-issued then after the same story last 3 calls. They say we can't re-issue until we receive the old cheque back or trace it. can't they just cancel it a NO, can i have relevant dept number NO.
