There's a lot of changes. Some minor, some big. But all improving the suit a lot in how it flies, as well as how it looks. Just try one if you get the chance. You wont be disappointed. vectorboy - i missed this too. i'm curious too. BM didn't really do a good job at advertising the differences in the mths that it has been out.. everyone i've asked doesn't really know either, or is mostly BS. Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

the nebula? Jeff seriously get another name! yes that is a great suit tho. had lots of fun flying it. Make me a nice looking one and I'll get more women than Voodew in the GS1... oh wait, i already get more women than voodew in a GS1. he's married Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

chuck - my bad, but that still doesn't negate what i said. birdy - I own a firebird, but haven't flown the R, but have flown other suits with mylar in them. what i said for the casual flyer still holds true, expecially since there is not much problem tensioning either wing b/c of the shorter lengths (compared to a S6 or a V1, V2). This is most likely the guys first suit and it's easier to not worry about it (the mylar) in the plane or after a day of jumping. 99$ for the option is a bit steep IMO for a suit that doesn't really need it. 40-50$ maybe, we'll talk. It's not worth the added cost. For that same cost you can almost by a bigger suit which will have it stock. Mylar is much more effective in a BASE environment and also has been discuessed exclusively in this forum this yr, just do a search. Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

so i have this friend... let's call him Walt. He's a middle age bugger who can't seem to get it up and scares off all the women, when you head out to the western bars. He seems to also like those mechanical bulls a bit too much (if you know what i mean). How do I tell him that he's spoiling all my fun, and seems a bit gay? Where is my fizzy-lifting drink? -

if you get really drunk and you throwup on your friends or SO.. what is the best way to handle it? it is best to pretend like nothing happened and excuse yourself.. walk away slowly, then run.? Where is my fizzy-lifting drink? -

the only real difference is the embroidry... umm err i mean the mylar in the tail wing. is it worth it? It's not going to make much if any difference to the casual flyer, but add a pain on needing to pack it gently, as not to bend/break the mylar. so no, not worth the 100$ Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?
