very true! Its much worse when they don't look when they step off the curb or even open a long car door! I do wish they could get tickets.. but then again, i'm sure i would get a fair share of them. you dont see this happening in nyc, but then again that would be suicidal Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

premium gas isn't an issue my car wants 91 octane. i assume b/c of the turbo Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

what burb it that?.. the furthest i ever go is Evanston and its $2.23. only about 8 cents cheaper than those by me in the city. .08 x 17 = 1.36 extra a gallon. meaning if it takes me more than 10-15 miles to get there it ain't worth going. Now if you include the extra time it would take. It's def not worth going. Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

i did the same last yr.. but i dont save 150$ a month!. I think if you add the cost to insure and then $ from gas saved. It's probably costing me 100$/ yr. still worth it for the easy of parking around chicago streets when i go out Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?
