Heart break is probably the worst feeling on earth, but unfortunatly a by product of our constent need to not feel alone. Unfortunatly 99% of the time there always is one person that doesnt want to move on, but at some point u do have to step back and look at what the situation would be like if the other person held on unwillingly because there mate wasnt ready to move on. Know that u have ur friends, that will be there for you, and seek ur need for campanionship with them, until you are able to relize u are better off finding someone that wants to be with u, and u will be much happier for it. I'm sorry this month has not been good, but it really is only a short time in the scope of ur life, and soon if u look to all the positives in ur life, you should be able to forget the wrongs that happened to u in this month, and see it as not even a minor bump in the road.

OK I understand this is U.S. law, but here goes. In 1962 the United States Model Penal Code (MPC) was established the MPC defined rape as "A man who has sexual intercourse with a female, not his wife, is guilty of rape if...he compels her to submit by force, or threat of force, or threat of imminent death, serious bodily injury, extreme pain or kidnapping." So at that point it was only a man can rape a women. In 1975 Michigan's Criminal Sexual Conduct Statute became the national model. which included both genders being able to rape. that statute led to the Illinois Criminal Sexual Assault Statute which is the National Model today. In the Illinois Model, Rape is "gender Neutral" which would include Men and Women as being able to commit rape. It includes "acts of sexual penetration other than vaginal penetration by a penis" which is any hole you can penetrate with anything (yes that includes the ear) this statute is also the start of considering rape as "taking advantage of an incapacitated victim." Now thats just the National Model, states use that guideline to formulate their Rape or Sexual assault laws. If you look at the Federal Criminal COde (title 18, Chapter 109A, Sections 2241-2243) u will find these guidelines. you will also find the Federal Criminal Code does not use the term "rape" and deosnt require the victim to label the act as rape in order to meets the elements of a crime. This code recognizes Aggravated sexual abuse, and sexual abuse. Which means that women can commit a rape or sexual assault just what they get charged with depends if your state defines those acts as rape or sexual assault. Some states there is a difference between the two crimes, some states they are the same. sorry this is so long... ---- -God, you are the perfect amount of dumb...

I just got done reading through alot of ur posts, and u have to keep in mind some of these people arent being mean, they are just telling u. I saw a few tell u to search for other posts, thats not meant to be mean. If u sit back and read alot of peoples post u will find that we all say things that might sound snipish, but really we are just trying to inform. It is a pain in the ass to search for things, but likely if u have the question it probably has been answered before, and sometimes it is easier to just say search for it, then to post, and have everyone knowledgeable post on the subject too. Dont give up after one seach, because alot of time u have to do a few searchs to find what u want. ---- -God, you are the perfect amount of dumb...
