    Getting back to the topic at hand. I want to thank anyone overseas right now. Especially those actually still serving in defense of their country and far away from those they care about. They are the ones who we are truly honoring here as well as the ones that support them over here. I have had many dear friends in the marines and other branches of the armed forces and sent many packages overseas and I know how rough it can be for both parties. This weekend is special for the USA and brings many strong feelings to surface. Let's honor both the service people and the people they leave home.

    Lost 1lb. last week. Even during vacation still!! I have been losing that consistently since February. I wish it was faster but at least it's still happening. Things are tightening now.

    Still on vacation!! I took my mom to her 1st casino and she won some money. What a riot!! She sang a song to one of the dealers. lmao (She's over 70.) I got carded 4x times though yesterday. wtf is up with that???? I'm 34!!!
