    gross... some folks may prefer a little warning... the pics are just a wee bit graphic... There is less violence there than an episode of the bitches on "Sex in the City" or deperate Housewives - hell Lion King had more graphic content - Do you need a tissue? Watch those two shows a lot do you?

    Never say never. Remster turned me into a lesbian. Yes, but you're French. Dont blame his weirdness on that... Its much much more weird then just that. I have to agree with you Remster.     still sucky weather but I am getting a truckload of work done this weekend

    I walked almost every day. A mile a day and 2-3 times a week 2 to 3 miles a day at first. I had a friend to go with me and that helped. I also watched calories and didn't eat sweets, made sure I drank enough water. It worked very well.

    My students attribute it to race. I tried to tell them that there are jumpers of all races and heritages but they refuse to believe me for some reason. They think it's a crazy white person thing.
