I thought you were shooting down the forum as well! well, to answer your question- just save your pic in .jpg format with fair quality (depending on size). if you're saving it from some external rendering software like photoshop, it should tell you the size as you save. A real easy way to compress a file is to open it using MS paint (assuming you use windows) and save it as a jpeg from there. That program shrinks file size with out losing too much quality. If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!

ugh... that goes side & side with forgetting to clean out the lent trap! that's a justifies an arguement tho. my dumbest arguement is a reoccuring one. everytime we decide to go to a movie, it's always a race to see who gets ready first and then which route is faster ("I would have gone the other way because...") "great.. now we're going to be late." right? wrong hehehe... we still have an hour of previews If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off! -

oooooooo ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! i can't decide which i like better. both are pretty--- but i probably like the blue better (even though the red setting looks really cool) i always came in third and still thought i was awesome!... and a participant ribbon made my day... until i noticed all the other participants. yeah, swimming was hell. If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!

actually it's a magnet hi John, right off the bat I could tell these were taken in Texas... all suv + I see those ribbons everywhere. Most of them I see around here are placed vertically on the dealership emblem. I saw a smaller car with one "looped" around the antennae.. I thought that was cute =) If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!

Exactly what I was thinking! I'm still a student and that's the last thing I would expect to happen so it would take a lot to get me back up. That's a good way of looking at it though - so true! We all have to learn some way... so glad you were able to fix it fast Cayce!! If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!

Hi! I'm still a student, so I'll be using dz gear for a while.... but I was just looking at sizes, prices, etc and was wondering how long it lasts? I read (in another thread) canopies can get 2000+ jumps, but is there some way to tell if you need it replaced? Like every ___ jumps or every ___ years? What about harnesses? The way they are made makes it seem like they would never need replacing... but that's just my observation!! What about new lines? I'm just curious really and it's something I'm not able to find anywhere. No rush though... I'll start worrying about this again when I get tired of renting & my bank account recoops from lessons =) Also, I've read both positive and negative things about buying used rigs... and I have to say, it's not my first choice but surely it makes sense, right? Thanks a bunch! I know a lot of these seem stupid but I've been wondering about this stuff but always forget to ask my jm. If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!

i know i'm jumping in late on this one, but lets consider that heidi name again! that has my vote =) I agree with Nightingale... changing up the spelling will be a pain. Mine is spelled normal but there's always someone who wan't to spell it "Hidey" or "Hiedi" - I think it dates back to that i before e rule. Maybe Heidi isn't such a good idea after all? Good luck! i'm not an instructor... just kind of wandered in because it looks like it would be a fun job. i'm obviously not to that point yet, but how do they get away with not paying benefits?that kind of shocked me when i read it because i know once you get that advanced --- having instructors like that on staff is worth keeping them "covered"... right?
