I saw that presentation and was thoroughly impressed. My take away was if the configuration is flying side by side for the student to have them reach up and hold the centre risers so a down-plane could not ensue. With if i re-call correctly steering to be done only for object avoidance. I like my canopy... ...it lets me down. -

is it possible to have the gear collected locally by someone in AU? They could then on-ship via UPS/FedEx etc. We have an account with FedEx, if we can help let me know I like my canopy... ...it lets me down. -
I have seen some new Vortex containers in the last couple of weeks. The pin flap has a modified design to the binding tape which will resolve the issue I like my canopy... ...it lets me down.

In the US how would that play out for a Master Rigger who decided to take an older H/C without hip rings and install them as per the method in use by the manufacturer currently? Paperwork as its an alteration or no paperwork as they currently manufacturer that way? I like my canopy... ...it lets me down.

I learned a fantastic method from Greg Rau at UPT this may be easier for the FOG's ;) lay the canopy on its side.as if going to pack the reserve. make a fold half way between the A & B lines so the lines sit on top and you have fold out side. Repeat this step with the D's onto the C's Lay the control lines on top of C's/D's. Make one further fold of the C/D side onto the A/B side. Roll up and lay into the reserve tray for 24 hours. it comes out lovely I like my canopy... ...it lets me down.

Hey folks, just had to sadly advise a new jumper who did the right thing and purchased gear through a rigger that the reserve in his rig does not have a TSO on the label. The previous rigger states that all Swift Plus were manufactured under a TSO. I personally couldn't pack a reserve without it having the information on the label... ...but in the interest of broadening my horizons I thought I would ask the FOG's here for any information on this subject and if anyone could enlighten me as to whether there were Swift Plus produced without TSO or if they were all under said TSO thanks in advance I like my canopy... ...it lets me down.

not sure about the helmet issue, rather wonder why his hand-cam hand is out rather than on the reserve handle as he pulls his cut-away? Or was it a simultaneous extraction perhaps... I like my canopy... ...it lets me down.
