    I'm guessing you are talking about the diploma course. I did that course when it was at Wigram. It has moved to Pudding Hill since then. We used to go to Pudding Hill when the weather was no good in Christchurch and the place is awesomely beautiful. Having said that most of New Zealand is pretty good. The course for me was definately a good move. I got a lot of skydives in a short period of time, I got a lot of other training and I got a good job. I think if you are wanting to work in the industry this is a really good option.

    I did the Diploma in Commercial Skydiving in New Zealand as well and it was the best thing I've ever done. You don't realise how good it was until you get out into the real world and compare what you've learnt with other guys. The number of jumps you've got is totally believable if you've come from the same school.

    Like skydivernz I did the course and finished in Dec 2002. I now have over 1200 skydives, 800 camera dives and could ge my tandem rating if I wanted. I rest mt case.

    Yeah I sort of agree with you but I seem to think things are changing and there are faster and less painful ways of getting into the sport or industry. The course to me helped a lot. I did have to wait a while before going onto camera but what I learnt was relevant and got me where I wanted to be faster than a lot of advise I've seen in these forrums.
