I'm going to order one of these suits.Im not sure about the fabric,there cotton, you can pick normal or heavy and should I get it fit baggy or tight? I'm 5' 6" about 180 out the door,still on student status not sure about fall rates and such thanks for the help..........

The real question is'nt is skydiving safe. Are you safe ?Thats the question you need to ask yourself..Are you conservative? Or do you push it to the limit? It's a personal choice. Life causes death...nuff said...

Theres been many threads relating to stats,saftey, ect. I dont want to bring all that up again. I can accept the risks off skydiving, the real concern for me is if something happens most life ins. wont pay off and I do have a wife and kids to think about. Anyone know if you can get life insurance ,while being a skydiver Anyway hope to get in 4th jump tomorow, and the rest before it gets cold Have had to many delays,layoff,weather,plane broke,ect... mike

Anyone have any experience with the genera ,made by RI . Like most I'm new to the sport and looking around for that first rig.How good is this rig compared to a mirage or other popular containers. I'm not all that concerned with looks, just safety and comfort. Any sugestions.....

I'll check on the pack volume verse's container size, sounds good though. Why would the pack volume be different between a hornet 170 and say a saber 170.

Looking for my first rig, what do you think of the following, dolphin, hornet 170,tempo 170,and cypress for about 3200 new. I weigh 160 by the way. I know some suggest used gear but this sounds like a good deal to me. Any suggestions ? thanks...mike

Will check on the leg pads. Would you buy this rig complete ? Or just the container and reserve. The main chute is a Gen-x I think, havent heard of it before. Thanks for the replies...........mike
