    Don't worry, I still have only passed level 3 and I have had 9 jumps. It didn't help not being able to jump for almost a month. But Saturday is ALL ABOUT ME DAY!!! I am the only aff student that will be jumping and I plan on graduating this weekend!

    My older brother is who got me into skydiving. I did three tandems and then he got his aff instructor rating and I asked him to teach me! He said that he would always worry a little, but was cool with it. I worry about him too, but it's all cool!

    First of all, don't tell the bank the reason for the loan is skydiving equiptment. Just say personal or furniture.. it'll be unsecured anyway so it doesn't matter. Second of all, you get get some credit cards with 0% interest for the first year... And I think it's ok to finance it, otherwise you're just wasting all the money that could be paying it off on rig rental fees at your dz....

    But a lonely heart can be unlonely eventually and a broken heart is just broken. Unless it gets mended... Hell, I don't know but the answer is yes.

    It was pretty cool! The funny thing is that we sent the footage to our local news station and they showed it as them setting the WORLD RECORD!!!

    What you do is call them up and say you want to cancel. Even though you are in contract, they will still do anything to keep you with them. I got a free $300.00 phone last time I pulled that one!

    I'm not saying that people are uptight, just that there are other options. Let's drop this subject as everyone has different views on it and we will never come to an agreement. Why don't we discuss how much FUN Dollar Daze was this year!

    Thanks for the vote of confidence! I just ordered the book "Falling Into Place" about a woman who also struggled.. Maybe that will help. I'll do a search for threads about people with the same problems! I kinda was in a race I think, because I wanted to be finished before our boogie, Dollar Daze, which starts Thursday. But I will succeed! Thanks again for the tips!

    Marriage shouldbe about equality and compromise. It is wrong he can go play golf whenever he wants, but you are limited on how much you can jump. I'd be telling him what's up!

    I suck at it so far... on level 4 AFF with 8 jumps. But I'm not quitting! I'm addicted... Even broke up with my whuffo boyfriend because I want to spend 24/7 of my weekends at the dz!

    Hi, I started jumping about 2 months ago and am still on my level 4 AFF. Not going as planned!! I've had 8 jumps and should have been off student status by now! I'm not going to let it keep me down though. A lot of it has to do with not having an adequate amount of AFF instructors at my dz. Then I saw a student crash into a building right before I was going on my first level 3. I had to take a weekend off after that one! I got scared... But it's ok, I'm in the clear now. Any other students going through the same thing as me? Anyway, I'm heading off to the Dollar Daze boogie tomorrow... Anyone who can come had ought to, it's supposed to be a great party even if you can't jump! Check out the details at couchfreaks.com

    Thanks for standing up for us on this issue, it is really not as bad as it is being made into. I don't see what the big deal is, I mean who hasn't seen a naked person before??? It's all about partying and having fun! It's going to be a blast, hope to see everyone there!!!
