  1. At least you are able to tell us what you did so we don't make the same mistake...learn from others and learn from yourself...right??

  5. Packers are our friends, when we can't jump sometimes we pack so others can, and so we can afford to jump more later...remember with time you will be in the blue sky tasting the freedom once more until then work on packing and watch some landings they will help you get better by seeing how the winds are normally and how everyone else handles them...
  6. I was blind when I lost my goggles and glasses in freefall...you can't dump a skydiving nickname...it will never leave you once you have it
  7. Where do you jump at?? I think I have seen you before at Lake Elsinore but not sure...

  9. Well as for the 20/200 yeah try 20/700...correctable to 20/20 but need bifocals so I can read things closer
  10. I will be there if I can get the time off of work...And hope to be able to see at least enough to read my altimeter...
  11. Now you know the hand signal for the next possible time...but let's hope there is never a next time that I lose my glasses...
  12. While jumping at Lake Elsinore on August 21st, I had an expires that I have never heard anyone else ever having...Looking back on it I am finding it funnier and funnier. I was on my third jump for the day. Was doing some freeflying. Used a three way head down exit. Held it for about 5 to 10 seconds...at about 11,000 to 10,000ft my goggles split in half and flew off, taking my glasses with them. I went to a lazy boy and created my own new hand signal...waving my hands in my face..."I'm blind" or "Can't see squat" the 2 guys tried to get back to me cause I was supposed to be flying base...thought I was crazy and couldn't understand my new signal...eventually desided that I was either crazy or to unstable to come near. I ended up landing on the grass, but that was cause I was aiming for the green, I am legally blind without my glasses...
