Woke up from a dream this morning...basically in the dream I was robbed at knife point, I ended up giving the money away, bill by bill, 'cause he kept asking for more, and then I finally handed over the entire wade of cash and said, "here take it." He (not sure who it was, never say his face) just walked away. I remember in the dream looking at the knife and realizing that it was "only" a steak knife...I could have taken it from him/kicked his ass and I didn't....I just gave him what he wanted....Damn! Aaaaah sounds like my crazy neighbor lady!!!! We started out as friends.....got kinda close....you know, talking over the fence...watching the kids play...her hubby works for my SO.....and so on... What maked her psycho?? When her hubby asked me not to ask her anything pertaining to him...not even a "how is he feeling today?"...she accused him of fucking me and vice versa!!!!!!! She acted strangely towards me for a weekend maybe a little longer...then has acted as though nothing is wrong...to this day...she is as sweet to me as can be (I posted a thread about it asking for advice, but don't know how to make a "clicky".) Signs?? NONE!!! Out of left field...I was hurt/angry/and down right pissed that she would accuse me of such a thing... Both my kids have spent the night at friends houses...they started, I guess around 7 or 8....as long as I have met the parents...but I don't need to inspect the house....usually the kid that they are spending the night with has hung around my kid for awhile, so if the kid is basically a "good kid", it says something about the parents....Actually them spending the night at a friends house means a nice quiet evening for me!! WooHoo!! Though lately they have been spending nights at their friends house...directly across the street...so thats cool in a way...'cause I see them and can kinda keep an eye on them. OMG!! Dark Chocolate!! Yummy!!!!!!!! Thats is soooo cool about your kids.....I think I mentioned that to you before...you guys are great parents!!!! One of the things that I appreciate my parents for it the fact that we did travel quite a bit when I was growing up and saw alot of the U.S. Never over seas, they didn't have the money for that...I had to do that as I became an adult...but its sad these days that there are alot of kids that never have been on a plane or hell, never crossed the state line...thats a damn shame.
