Well, took a friend out to the DZ to do a Tandem today while I tried to get in a few AFF jumps. No Dice. High winds all day. SO I'm sitting around thinking 'Man, I need some Air!' so my g/f and I decide, 'Fuck it, lets just do a tandem jump' you know, get a little air time, if nothing else. Well, the DZO said sure, gave us a great deal, and then the winds picked up even more!!!!So NO jumps period. Stayed too high till the beer light came on. Some days you just can't fuckin win for losing!!!!!! aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! yeah, I know it's a wierd nick. It goes all the way back to when I was fist signing up for AOL back in 94 or 95. wooooooooooohooooooooooo!!!!! Finished with the last paper I will ever have to write(for school, that is) I'm (almost) officially a college graduate, and I'm only 30 years young!!!!!!! Not that any of you were interested, but it was for a science fiction film class, I had to deconstruct technocratic and theistc themes within the movie 'Tron'(so I had a good excuse to watch it 3 times this week) I suppose 75% of the people here have never heard of it, oh well....... wooooooohoooooooooooo!!!!!!!! think I'll go jump out of an airplane!!!!! My Tandem Instructors name was Mike, and my video dude was Paul. Do you know if they still jump there? It would be cool to go back and reintroduce myself to them and thank 'em for introducing me to a kick ass sport. I hope to go and check out the boogie there at the end of the summer, just need to get through those Byron winds and get my A.
