    It's not really how much you are eating, but what you are eating. If you are not on a nutritional diet then you're really just hurting yourself in the long run by putting on fat and not lean muscle. Have you tried excercise? Many times people think of excercise as a way to lose weight. However, muscle mass weighs more than fat. I'm a tiny girl too and I try to eat right and I excercise at least 3 times a week. While I don't gain much I am able to maintain a weight that doesn't make me look sickly. It's all about balance. Bombing for peace is like fucking for virginity! ~DEVIOUS BEEF~~FGF #69~

    Yeah, what will happen is that children, and I guess some adults, will continue stuffing their mouth until some of the marshmallows slide into their throat.
