You can only call it a McDaisy if one of the jumpers started with daisy-chained lines.

I'm taking the RADIX teaser off the web tonight, so check it while you can.

You guys are gonna spoil the surprise. I was already seriously considering that. They're in the trailer partly because I wanted to see the actual reaction. I respect the concern about the site. I can see it's a real issue and not just a few people mad at a few others. The trailer's on the web. we know that. And I sent about 20 out to friends, BR, Marti Tilley, and a few others. But when I go into production chances are, you won't see 'em. However, the shot of Miles doing a Mr. Bill roll-over with Shane was not off the rail and that stays. So does the VX jump at Bridge Day, no matter what the winds were or whether or not I got lucky.
-
Dude, I can accept criticism, and you're right about my attitude sometimes. But I swear, those winds were NOT 20+. And I'm not a media hound. I've never cared about whether or not people know who I am or what I do. I'm making this current video because actually, I'm an artist. I'm just trying to create something that didn't exist before. Just do me a favor and watch the finished product when it's done. Those jumps at the bridge in Idaho are just one brush-stroke on the canvass. If you fixate on that alone you'll miss the point of the whole piece. You did say that you liked some of the camera angles right?

Hey Tree Jumps, I'm not sure I know you. Are you the guy that said you were going to wrap my bridle around my leg or something when we were talking about the rail jumps? A bridle around leg...as if I haven't tried that. Anyway, I'm sorry you don't like the aerials in the video. I guess the shot of Jimmy Freeman doing a double gainer off a 470' A is old-school and boring. I'll try to my friends to stay on-axis in the future. And I guess you're right, maybe I was an idiot for jumping my VX-84 off the bridge at S-day. But I don't recall there being a 25mph headwind. Three gusting to five would be more accurate. But is it my fault I had a 180 on that. I've seen lots of good jumpers have off-heading openings, but I've never called them idiots for it. It's usually their reaction time I look at. Mine was pretty good on that one I think. It appears that you just don't like my attitude. It's not the video, it's the attitude behind it, right? Hmmm...whatever. And as for more E in the final product. Don't worry, I'll be collecting footage until Sept. So there's still plenty of time to get a flat-bed. Dennis Murphy jumps at the same drop-zone as me. I know he's in.

Correct, the band is Sky Viking. Eric Lee's band kicks ass, and I'm using his music with permission. His LP just became available. It's got 5 killer tracks. It's all self-released, and I'm sure he could use all the support he can get. Check it out at www.skyvikingmusic.com. He's a BASE jumper with tons of experience and some really sick jumps to his credit.

I have to admit, you all are being pretty cool, and Tim is right; I relunctantly agree. The rail jumps will never happen again, but they were done. Not again, I promise. I've actually never known what BASE stands for. The B isn't bridge? Anyway... All the jumps in that video were way more stealthy than they look. I'd be glad to jump them with any of you any time and if you don't agree with my style then cool. The funny thing is, we all get along. I'd hate for that to change. I'm the lucky one. i'm the one doing the scary flipping in the vid. There's two distinct issues here: 1. the rail jumps which I cannot defend; nor will I try. They won't be done again, so in time, as long as the bridge stays open, it will all just be water under the S. 2. the other jumps in the vid. Ican and will defend them because I know when and how they actually took place. True enough that if I get seen the guy behind me might get caught. Plus the added surveilance. But there was a lot less light than can be judged by the vid. If I were shooting film on those, it would have looked like midnight. whether people see my video, think I'm dayblazing, and then do exactly that...I'm not sure, but that's another discussion for another time because I gotta go do a tandem right now. Do any of you know where I can buy a cheap flatbed? I have this great idea for the park. later, Jimmy

You really are a silly person. I don't live in Twin Falls, and I wasn't refering to your B. I was refering to my A's.

That's right Tim has been around since a lot of people's first jumps, so have I. In fact I've been around longer than almost everybody who's talking smack. Listen, you all are very quick to say things like, "So that's why some sites are hot." Get off it. Every site in Northern California has been hot since the first yahoo jumped with a racer and a colaspable pilot chute. By telling people they should be pissed off at these videos does nothing productive. I've been around long enough to point some middle fingers back at the people who are pointing fingers at me. I've seen endless daylight footage of all of you. The only difference is, I don't care. If you don't want to see my videos, don't watch. I'm not making them to look cool or get approval from anyone. I'm doing these videos because I feel like it. It's not for money, respect, sponsors, approval, or friends. Keep saying that objects are hot because of me, and I'm going to get irritated. These objects are in my back yard. I'm the local here and I know more than most you about the state of their jumpability. Some of you guys are becoming characatures of yourselves. And almost all are guilty of the charges being thrown out. It's a hardcore sport, and if you can't handle the way some of us are doing it, get out of it. Go back to jumping out of planes where the only thing you'll ever be guilty of burning is the ozone. Again, don't watch if you don't want. But stop accusing me of stuff, and don't be hypocritical. Thanks, Jimmy

Hey guys, Are we still talking about burning "popular sites" and egos and why one or just a few people act as though they are above "the law" therebye ruining it for everybody? Because I heard that a well known base jumper, although not sponsored, was jumping different exit points really close to our most favorite legal site. These other exit points are not legal and draw the authorities attention. I'd say that if you want to jump an illegal exit point, do it far away from the legal one. I don't know. Just a thought. -Jimmy
