Marrianne, I can see why you are upset. I would probably say the same thing. I know you guys are not at The Farm every weekend. What really pisses me off is that the Farm put this boogie on just to show what kind of environment this place has and how great the regulars are at The Farm, and then for some people that have never been here before to get a experience of how great this place is. If you don't ask, how do you know? An insurance company that supported some of these activities would be popular, but the premiums would be big too. Any business has to make money, though. So the tradeoff is driven by demand and supply relative to perceived value. So whining by the adjustors or the clients is a real waste of time. Getting and losing clients and making a profit is all that matters. The balance is always changing. The only thing I do know, is that if my adjustors are assholes, they lose my business no matter how good a deal they have. (My last accident, my adjustor advised me on how to negotiate with the other guy's insurance reps - they admitted 100% responsibility. My guy helped me get quite a bit more by being on my side. He didn't have to, but he did anyway. This is a good company and they do stuff like this all the time. AND they still make a profit and they deserve to. I even get dividends twice a year and pay less than any national brand. They are very good investors. Place is run by ex-military executives (adms and gens)) You wouldn't be talking about USAA? I got poison Ivy in Ga once before. I used to get Poison Oak when I lived in California. Sad news on that front. I seem to be a little short on models this year. I even went so far as recruit a Mega Hottie Assistant Painter for the ladies that would be more comfortable with a Female artist but as of right now... Not a single Skychick has volunteered her Breasts to me. Without a Canvas, This artist cannot work.
