    Thanks! Found it there, it actually does refer to the manufacture. It lists a Military Bulletin 172 as the list of manufactures/colors. Now I need to find Military Bulletin 172.

    Does anyone know if the colored inner strand means anything? I've heard that it indicates the manufacture. If that's true is there a manufacture/color database/list?
