    There will be plenty of Shiner going around. I will personally be bringing a case or two on Saturday night along with the schwag for the SCR ceremony. Things are looking good for this weekend – mighty good. Ill be out today after work for a jump or two and to try and get my B-License stuff squared away. Half day tomorrow, my girlfriend is aware that if she wants to see me this weekend she is going to have to come out to spaceland, and well its skyfest time!! neil

    Anyone jumping at Spaceland on Wednesday afternoon – evening? Does anyone know if loads ever make on Wednesdays at Spaceland? With the time change and the new season a mid week jump or two sounds awesome. Ill be there around 5ish and hope to make a load or two. .:skip

    I remember a company that was selling prescription Google and had a few they recommended for skydiving. Does anyone know this company or any other I can get a pair from? Almost lost a contact today and would like to have a pair of script goggles stashed away just incase this ever happens. Thanks .:skip

    Exactly – to take it further, if dying was all about fate we might as well just abolish any sort of skydiving training, be it tandem, static line, AFF (or any hybrid of) – and just throw people out for there first time solo, with no instructor – well because if it’s there time its there time. I just think education out weighs fate when jumping out of airplanes. .:skip

    I agree - this answer is just wrong. It speculates that there is nothign we can do as a skydivers to make our jumps safer and possibly save our ass in eye of a life threatining situation. .:skip

    The top toggle keeper on my left riser is splitting and is frayed about half way up, is this somethign a local rigger can fix (just sew a new one on) or do the risers need to be replaced? thanks .:skip

    Naw Naw, thanks for the concern but I'm not interested in this specific container just had never seen "dynamic corners" before. I have been thinking about ordering a new container but it would be sized respectfully for my current rigs guts.

    I was looking through today’s new classified and saw this JAV for sale with what is described as dynamic corners, looking at the picture the main trays bottom flap seams to almost completely open up and lay flat. Is this the said dynamic corners, am I seeing things? One of the things I don’t like about my JAV is that when I put the bag in the tray and then push (twist) it down into place I do not know what is happening to my line stows. From what I think I am seeing on this container that would be eliminated by just folding the bottom flap up on the already in place bag. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/classifieds/jump.cgi?ID=5144&view=Image&d=1 So what’s the deal with that main tray, does it work out well?
